Mei, Ng Meng Meng
With over 22 years of progressive working experience and 18 years in management, my experience spans across managing various business verticals and channels including Finance, Account, Shared Services, Human Resource, Operation and Advisory Services in different industries various from Motor Manufacturing Company, Research & Development Company, Healthcare, Retail, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Marine and many more.
Mei graduated with a bachelor’s in HR Management (UTM) and subsequently obtained an MBA from Taylor’s University. Mei has taken on roles as Group HR & Finance Director prior to this. A Group HR & Finance Director who is well acquainted with achieving business goals by ensuring all Finance and HR deliverables are aligned and delivered. Mei is familiar with business operations including regulatory works of general business operations in Malaysia. In HR, she has deep experience in business partnering, recruitment, training and development and employee relations (IR/ER), talent management, performance management with good exposure in compensation & benefits Management.
She has had experience setting up an HR & Finance team from the grounds up. He has led the labour and social compliance framework and has development developed management systematics on social compliance. He has led large HR & Finance teams and a workforce exceeding 5,000 employees during her career. She has had her share of experience in turning around an ailing college as well as advising small and medium businesses in overcoming business challenges from a finance and human resource point of view.
Mei is a speaker, trainer and facilitator and has delivered numerous trainings in finance & human resource areas namely industrial relations, HR operations, recruitment strategies, operational excellence and others.

From leading a Site of 700+ multinational employees, managing multiple MNC's Operations (Shared Services, I am confidence leading, managing and working with teams across the region and globally.
