To enforce this statement, Mr. Kasun Rathnayake established ROKY Holdings Pvt Ltd on January 14, 2023, with its primary location at 10, Raja Mawatha, Pita Kotte, Sri Lanka. The journey is guided by the leadership team, comprising Founder/CEO/Director Mr. Kasun Rathnayake, along with Directors Mr. Vipul Dammika and Eng. Ms. Nayomi Sirimanne, who all share the same clear mission: to provide purified water for every human being, aiming to be the most reliable and affordable provider of water treatment and wastewater management.

Despite how young the company is, it has gained a marvelous reputation as a trustworthy building construction service provider, delivering quality professional services that exceed customer expectations through the optimal use of resources. The company aims to become a well-known entity in the water treatment, wastewater management, and construction service industries, distinguished by its distinctive approach that others cannot easily duplicate.

ROKY Holdings embarks on its journey to excellence with a small team of five employees, driven by a shared vision of innovation, and perfection, which eventually grows to 15 permanent employees, excluding the freelancers and laborers. Within a year, the company achieved three significant milestones: receiving the ‘Sustainable Water Management Excellence Award’ in Sri Lanka, being granted C7 registration by CIDA, and being a certified registered consultant in the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) Sri Lanka.

These Accolades remain a testament to the company’s commitment to sustainability and quality, standing as reasoning behind its immense growth. In 15 months, the company completed over 50 projects across Sri Lanka, prioritizing local hires for rural initiatives and generating job prospects for the community.
