I am N Hiruni Drauphadhi De Silva, from Sri Lanka. Currently I am serving as a Clinical Psychologist & Counsellor, a Security analyst & an Independent Researcher. I am research fellow at Eudoxia Research University, USA & Eudoxia Research Centre, India. I am awarded with the titles of FMERU, FMERC. I pursue a LLB degree, MSc in Clinical Psychology & Counselling, Diploma in Journalism, Human Rights, and History and reading in 2nd year of my Masters Degree programme in Social Work. I am a final year student of Sri Lanka Law College.
I am currently studying a Diploma in Psychotherapy. I have completed several professional qualifications related to psychology such Diploma in Cognitive Process in Knowledge & Language. Certificate courses in Archaeology and Heritage management, Certificate in IR, Criminal Investigation, Counter Intelligence and Counter Terrorism. Humanitarian courses offered by United Nations organization.
Moreover, I have been Awarded with Higher Commendation award at International Court of Justice of Law Youth Model United Nations 2018, Best Foreign Policy award at Human Rights Council of National Youth Model United Nations 2018, Best Research E-Poster Presentation award in Plenary session for the research paper titled “The Principle of Distinction; oscillation between military objectives and civilian objects in International Humanitarian Law”, International Research Conference, KDU 2022. Further, I have been awarded Scholastic Academic Excellence award at Global Youth Leaders Conference held at Nepal in 2023, Inspirational Woman under the title of “Difference Maker” by Woman Icon Organisation for the year 2023, Asia’s Young Researcher in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights by World Research Council for the year 2023, Asia’s Outstanding Performance in Multi Disciplines by World Research Congress for the year 2023.
I have published my articles many international and national conferences on Defence and Strategic Studies, International Law and on Psychology. I have written submissions to UNHRC sessions and to News Papers. I have conducted researches on International Law, Human Rights and on Psychology.
